Returning to the Cape Fear river from a fishing trip we got waved down by a nice couple in a Parker 18 just off Ft. Caswell. Their 150 Yamaha 4C would fire, almost run but quickly shut down again. We rigged a tow line and pulled them into the river, then down the Inland Waterway to their launch place, probably 10-12 miles total. I suspect water in the fuel was the culprit but don't know for sure. We suggested he subscribe to Sea Tow before the next trip.

Nice rigging in the tow line.

That's a long tow and will surely score you a few karma points with the fishing gods.
