........I will be there with some other forum members on Sat. If you have anything you would like me to ask Robin or whoever else is there from Parker, let me know. If you need any pics of particular boats or pricing, I can do that too.

I would be curious to know what the price is for a base model 2520xld and 2510xld with twins is. I'm thinking about getting something a little bit bigger then my 2320.

I will check the pricing of the DV 25s. If that model doesn't make it to the show, I am friends with the sales manager here and will ask him.

Interesting to note under options for the 2320 is f300 engine. I told ya so. 8)

Also heard that Yamaha is coming out with a 200hp 4 cyl which is way lighter than the current 200hp v6.

I'm sure that is to compete with Suzuki's 175Hp 4cyl. Known as the Big Block 4 banger.

Is it just me or is it strange that the 2120 is only $4800.00 less then the 2320
Even with different options I would think there would be a much bigger spread!
Although Im glad to see the 2120 at 61,195 helps my resale value

It was a bit odd that the 2120 didn't have a discounted "boat show" price like all the other models. Hmmm.

The open back models are popular here in FL because it doesn't get cold (relatively speaking), so other than theft deterrent the door/bulkhead IMO is not needed. Mote marine laboratory and other govt associated agencies use the open back in this area.

133 K for the 2530  that is unreal at the end of the day its still a 25 ft boat. For 133 K I can get a lot more boat then that, very surprised by that number!

Maybe it was a customers boat that wasn't for sale at the show.
The price sheet might have been 'for display' purposes.

True that. At the show for $119k there was a stunning older model preowned 38 Bertram convertible on consignment. It was the steal of the show IMO.

yea just boggles my mind the prices on these smaller boats these days. Granted they are what is desired these days. The days of the sportfish boats have been fazed out, however you can buy a 32-40 ft sportfish for under 100k with diesels generator etc etc.......

Hey at least it makes the value on our boats high i will take that.

That 32 to 40 sportfish might be able to be had for under 100k, but the maintenance and upkeep (along with the slip fees), will eat you alive over its lifespan.

I think that what keeps the value up on our boats is the lower maintenance and operating costs, as well as the quality and reputation of the hulls.
The older boats (even ours) will always require updating and replacement of 15 to 20 year old parts, but that will be true for any brand.

My neighbor owns a 34 SeaRay that has been for sale for 2 years, and even listing it for less that what he owes on it, it still won't sell.
Why?
Maintenance, upkeep, and operational costs. That is where we have an advantage.
