Re-set the trip-o-meter? 2003 Yam

How do I re-set the trip meter on my 2003 Yamaha multifunction MPH gauge? When I am in miles traveled, if I hold the button in shoudn't it re-set?

I think you have to hold "set" and "mode" buttons at the same time.

for DaleH and B-Faithful...Another Yamaha advantage, keeps one from accidentally "re-setting" a function. 8)
