Guys, I have searched this site and have seen a couple of folks replace the plastic Tempress hatches on their Parkers with metal (aluminum or Stainless) hatches. Is there a manufacturer that makes one that is an exact match for the Tempress 13/23 inchers?

Do a search for member Warthog5 and the key words "NASA hatch" and you should be able to find what Bobby used on the X-Shark.

If I could just remember the brand name of his hatch I'd post a link...

You might also want to look at Bomar, Beckson, or Armstrong (among others).

Bomar makes some nice ones. You can get them at Hamilton Marine. Pricey though. The bilge access hatch was $400 or so. I came close to buying it, but I'm gonna wait a bit hoping Armstrong will make something bigger besides their 10x20. I replaced the small 6" inspection hatches with Armstrong and they are dry as a whistle, and only $25 each.
