Figured this would be a fun thread and cool analytics for the Parker market past/present. It would be beneficial to know the year purchased, condition, private/dealer, your location and a few details about the boat.

I have purchased two Parker’s.

1. used 2007 Parker 2120 pilot house with a Yamaha 150 completely original with 200 hours. Paid $22000 + taxes and fees. Purchased from a dealer in 2017.

2. new 2021 Parker 21SE from the dealer for $57,500 out the door with taxes and title in MD. Purchased from a dealer in 2021.

Lots of things affect boat prices. Power, electronics, trailer, tuna tower, second helm, and location. So it would be hard to do a apples to apples comparison.

New west coast prices seem to be higher. But might hold value a bit better.

Most definitely! In fact, the fella I sold my 2120 to purchased it from me in MD and hauled it back to CA because he couldn’t find anything reasonably priced local to him.

in 2013 '95 2530 Paid $18K ......Then with doing the work myself had $80K in it.

The boat was bone stock when I got it.....Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade and making it fit to fish the Gulf Coast. New Power, Dual Station's, Fold down Crows nest were some of the Biggies. It's all documented Here: My '95 2530 Warning....The thread is about 33 pages long. :)

Sold for $45K

Bought it out on Maine....Came to Pensacola,Fl..... When sold it went to Sitica,Alaska

12/2019 bought a 2004 2120 dv and trailer but no motor and lousy F/F for $12000. Sold the yami gauges and replaced with smartcraft gauges, 200 hp opti-max with 210 hrs, two 9" hds gen 3's, and a simrad 20 halo radar. Plenty of other misc stuff like wiring, rebuild the hydraulic steering, washdown pump, etc.
I have about $24000 total in it right now.

Purchased new at White Water Marine on Long Island, NY in July 2006 2520XL with a F250 Yamaha.....options included 2nd station, rocket launcher, cockpit combing pads, spreader lights and Lewmar windlass.....$46,900
did my own electronics package, have since updated the electronics with Garmin Fantom 24 Radar, twin 8610 Garmin chartplotters and Seaspension
I still own it, repowered last season with a new 300hp Yamaha....have the original invoice and brochure.
This vessel is a tank, fish offshore out of Montauk all season

Very interesting to see the prices evolve to what they are today. I wondered what my 2120 had cost in the same era

What’s your coal roller? Are you a Cummins guy?
At the time I created the username I was into diesels. Now I have a completely stock Ram with a Cummins. Once I got into boating that hobby fell off due to lack of funds lol.

Purchased 8/2022 a 2008 2320 for $45k. Newer electronics, second station, tuna tower, blue water bait tank.

Upgraded trailer, bottom paint, and repower with 300 Yamaha with new controls and wiring. Total invested $67000

I hear that. I just picked up a new rig. Old Cummins had compounds. New Cummins is much nicer.01B43F09-844E-42F9-A496-DF1D134AEEA8.jpeg

98 2300DV. Bought 2021 $26,500 in Halifax Canada. Guy bought the boat to flip and did well. Had bought the boat from original owner in Morehead City for $11k!

2003 2120. 200hp Yamaha with 700 hours. $16,000 in November 2019. Sold it in November 2020, solid little boat but just a terrible ride in any kind of sea other than flat calm.

Bought 2003 1801 in 2008 with trailer for $15,000, 128 hours on motor. All I had to do was add a battery and upgraded fishfiider/GPS twice, yard maintained, still going strong. Probably could sell it for what I paid.

I bought a year old 2520SL with 39 hours on the like new Yamaha F225 in the spring of 2006. The boat came equipped with a Furuno RADAR and Raymarine bottom machine and an ancient black and white chart plotter that had been transferred from another boat. The boat looked and smelled brand new and came on a Karavan Trailer that had never been in the water. I bought the boat from a 93 year old owner at a price that for the last 17 years I thought was an amazing deal but after reading your post, I have come to the realization that the old timer took me to the cleaners:LOL::ROFLMAO:!!

Always had my eye on a Parker Sport Cabin for diving, my 2 previous CC's were functional but it's cold diving in SoCal...
In 2020 it was slim pikins' on the west coast. Found a 2003 2120 through a broker and flew out to Maryland. Only did that because I went through a broker so knew I wasn't chasing a CL sham
Little worried about it being a 2 stroke (200HP HPDI Yamaha), but with 419 hours, compression checked out and nice sea trial in choppy Chesapeake conditions, pulled the trigger and had it shipped on a flatbed out here to San Diego knowing you never know about the trailer.
No bait tank (west coast thing) was a plus for scuba with more deck space
Good condition, just needed TLC (and always will)
2120 is easy to park and tow and good fit for up to 4 divers so had to expand my search zone

$24K -Boat/2 axle trailer
$4K -Shipping on flatbed- not towed
$3.4K -Gov. Newsom
$2K -Trailer rebuild (lights, bearing, brakes, etc)

Total cost of freedom to do what you want, where you want, when you want.....doesn't matter, I got a Parker!
