Welcome Tuidawgs11.
I have a 2006 2320 that came with a 200hp Yamaha. Very fuel efficient and fine if running a light load but not so good fully loaded. I upgraded to a 250 Yamaha and it’s a huge difference.
I installed a bulkhead mounted rear station when I had the 200. There’s no kit. I had...
Yes, there is a pressure switch on my wash down pump that shuts it off at a certain pressure, ie: you stop spraying water. I leave the master switch on all day, have never had a problem. I also mounted the switch in the cockpit like Warthog recommends but on my cockpit helm.
I chased down a similar problem on my Yamaha F200 a couple years ago. Did the same things Parrotfish did and eventually solved it by replacing the idle air control valve. If I recall, it was fairly easy to determine it was bad, once I learned that part existed. I had the same symptoms, engine...
What you want is an actual Permatrim. I just did a quick search on Amazon. Those are hydrofoils but not Permatrims. Go here to get what many of us including me has: https://www.simyamaha.com/PERMATRIMS_s/11628.htm

I installed a switch on the power wire for my trim tabs so I can have them auto-retract without turning off the boat. I make it a point to switch them off (auto-retract) before going on the trailer. My bunks sit directly in line with the trim tabs and extend past the transom a few inches too. A...
Lastly you may want to test the check/relief valves that are associated with feeding the VST. They’re kind of expensive but easy to test. One is supposed to open at 2 psi and the other at 10 psi. There could be a problem if one or the other leaks or gets stuck shut. One of mine had a fair amount...
It’s also pretty easy to check fuel pressure to determine if the low pressure pump is working properly. You can get a fuel pressure gauge at an automotive store, connect it to the testing port on the fuel rail and check the pressure. There are instructions in the manual. It’s very simple.

FYI when you see the Check Engine message, hold down the Mode button (I think it’s 10 seconds) and if there’s a diagnostic code it’ll display. Knowing the code may help identify the problem. I’m told that the code isn’t stored so attaching diagnostic software at a later time may not reveal...
I thought about double-walling it with some insulation in between, which wouldn’t be hard, but decided not to because the entire transom box is already insulated, and I intend to use this mainly as a bleed box.

Home Depot or Lowe’s sells sheets (2’ x 4’ x 3/16”) of veneer made from birch I believe. It can be cut with a straight edge and razor knife.
I first removed the lid from the center compartment then cut and laid the panels in place, and used strips of gorilla tape to hold it together. When I...
Congrats on the awesome boat! I enjoy my 2320 on some of the same waters. Hope to see you out there one of these days.

I’ve been struggling with that same question for awhile on my 2006 2320 and here’s what I recently came up with. Built an insert that fits into the center of the transom box that I’m using for a bleed/ice down box. The outer two sections I’ll continue to use for storage of dock bumpers, ropes...
