I don't know if its any help but I just installed those same mounts on my t-top and I thru-bolted a 1/4" aluminum plate above and below the t-top using the outrigger bolts. I also had to spend some time fabricating wedges out of starboard so that the outriggers were more or less perfectly...

My anchor locker is stuffed to capacity. I have 600' of 1/2" nylon anchor rode and 12' of 3/8" chain and a 14lb anchor. Gotta admit the boat rides nice with all that weight up there too. .

Thanks for posting the pics Tuckerman. I was going to install the Polyplanar under gunwale speakers in my 2100 until I saw your install. Went with the MA 9060's instead which is a better speaker and mounted the way you did will push the sound outward instead of downward. Going with an MP-3...

Here's a photo I just took. It looks like a piece of 1/2" ply that was glassed in when the boat was made. It's probably the only place that I can mount it.
