    Parker 2320 (225 vs 250 vs 300)

I re-powered from a 2004 225 Yamaha to a 2018 300 Yamaha. My fuel mileage went from 1.5 gallons per mile to 2.5. Or thereabouts...

    Lenco Trim tabs

Just underwent the same thing. I had to replace. Google the PART #, do not guess. I got the 2 1/2 inch actuator--which was the wrong size. I usually do these things myself, in this case, I had it professionally done. Do a check on them first and make sure it is not wiring or your switch. I...

    Lenco Trim Tab Extension

So, here is the issue. I ordered the wrong actuator from the online parts store. It has been several months now, so I don't know if I can return. But, caution to all that Lenco makes a 2 1/2 inch stroke and 4 1/2 inch stroke in the model I had. I obviously got the wrong one. BOAT= Bring on...

    Lenco Trim Tab Extension

Question: I replaced my Lenco trim tabs on my 2320 and it seems they work, but when I put them down, they only extend to the bottom of the boat bottom when fully extended. If I remember right, I thought they would go below the bottom of the boat to give more lift. Am I wrong? Are there...

Issue fueling my 2320 + Replacing Gas and Vent hoses

The last three times I have tried filling my 2004 2320, I have had gas come out the gas vent and the pump automatically shut off, but when I fire the boat up I am down one bar on my fuel gauge--about 15 gallons. I am guessing it could be the sender, or I am having issues with my vent? Any...

    Sea deck

Did not take pics. It is not as hard as it sounds. The tricky part if you have to duct tape both sections-front and back-of the two pieces of the new material. You have to match the seams, which is pretty easy. Take your time. Not that hard. I can't remember which one I watched, but here...

    Sea deck

I just ordered some "Faux Teak" off of Amazon. Took three days to arrive. Popped off the drivers seat with an impact wrench. Took the 4 passenger seat screws out with the same impact wrench. Cleaned. Sanded with a orbital sander. Wiped down with acetone. Used my old carpet as my print...

    Removal of 2004 Guest Seat

I have a 2004 2320 pilothouse and am thinking about redoing the carpet and/flooring. Question: I just went out to inspect the best way to remove the port seat inside. I thought it would be screwed down to the decking below. But, I did not see any screws. Is it glued? What is the best way...

Ideas for fixing sheared bolt on West Coast Railing

Existing bolt is welded to the rail--It will not turn or move. I have thought about the coupler. But, I am going to try and bolt what is left with a flange.

Ideas for fixing sheared bolt on West Coast Railing

Guys/Gals! Like the post said, I need some ideas for fixing a sheared bolt on a 2320 Parker with West Coast Railing. Below is a picture showing a sheared bolt of about 3/4 of an inch still intact. My initial idea is to get a bolt with a modified flange that I can secure it from underneath...

    Permatrim and MPG with 300Yamaha

A-K and Djam, thanks for the response. Any idea on what you get for gas mileage? It seems like I am doing about 3/4 of a mile per gallon better than with my 225.

    Permatrim and MPG with 300Yamaha

Two questions: I just re-powered my 2320 going from a 2004 225 Yamaha to a new 300HP. World of difference! One thing I noticed is it seemed like I am getting better gas mileage. I used to run at about 23 MPH at 4000 RPMs, now I am doing about 3100 RPMs for the same speed. Has anybody had...

    Carpet to wood

Good evening! Quick question: Has anybody converted their Parker from a carpet flooring inside a 2320 to a teak or wood interior floor? How does the passenger seat come off? Captains chair looks fairly easy. Any ideas? Pat

    Fule Spillage?

The usage issues seems resolved. Could have been an error with the gauge. But the gas pouring out of the vent when on a shallow incline remains to be seen. I was just curious if anybody else had filled a tank and had gas spill out. Thanks.
