Sliding Windows Getting Stuck

I have a new 2520XL. The port and starboard sliding windows inside the cabin are extremely difficult to slide open and closed, they make a squealing sound when sliding! It's so difficult to the point where the plastic knob will definitely break off trying to open the windows one of these days. The track that holds the glass appears to be fabric coated so im not sure if i can lubricate it. Anyone have a similar problem?
