    2820l Ride ???

I have a 2820 and it will pound into head seas but so did my CC. I have over sized trim tab which help a lot, additionally i have seasuspension seat posts, which also help. with these i can go 16 to 20 knots in a head sea. I like to stay dry so going a little slower does not really bother me.

    OIL CHANGE 2320 225 HP

100 hours on oil and lower unit. Yamaha is now recommending changing out the fuel filter at 50 hours if you are using Gas with ethanol, if not change the fuel filters at 100 hours.

    HPDI?

One thing to consider is possibly buying one of the 2009 older models rather then one of the new lighter engines, in the next few months dealers will be trying to get rid of the old motors and would probably be willing to work a deal.

Who has a diesel tow vehicle and wishes it were gas?

I have a 2820xl and tow it with a 2008 F-350 6.4 diesel. I have 70,000 miles on it and have towed the boat from the panhandle down to the keys and back. I have had no problems what so ever with the truck and it pulls the boat like a champ. My brother-in-law is taking this truck and i am...

    Shock Mitigating Seat Posts

I had my boat down in the Keys a couple of weeks ago and we were in 4 to 5 foot seas and my wife could not believe how much of a difference the Shock mitigating pedestals made. It was the first time she had been on the boat with the new seats in rough water. She felt they were well worth the money.

Seaspension Pedestals And oversized trim tabs

The Seaspension Pedestals, are outstanding. I had them installed in Feb, however Friday was the first day I had a chance to take her out and what a difference they make. They are expensive, but well worth it. Additionally, I read all the comments on CP about oversized trim tabs. I had the...
